Guest guest Posted May 15, 2010 Report Share Posted May 15, 2010 Stir-Fried Snow Peas with Garlic 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 150 g (5 1/4 oz) snow peas, trimmed 1 bunch pak choy, trimmed, leaves separated 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1/2 cup chicken-style -OR- vegetable stock 1teaspoon GF soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon white sugar 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil steamed rice, to serve 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok on high. Stir fry snow peas and pak choy for 1 to 2 minutes, until wilted. 2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. 3. Combine remaining ingredients (except rice) and add to stir fry. Cook for 1 minute, until vegetables are well coated. 4. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 4.
