He's a vegan > professional triathlete who encourages a gluten free vegan diet. >> Just last night I got some smoothie powder at the health food store from this guy. I never heard of him before yesterday! Anyway- it is gluten free, vegan, soy free... and maybe nut free? :-/ Oh and 65% organic and 65% raw. It is Sequel and the website on the back is myvega.com I tasted it last night and it's okay. I think I'll do it with soymilk next time instead of water. It was a little like chocolate milk made with rice milk. I mostly got it for work because I do a 19 hour shift once a week and find it really hard to get get enough calories that day. It is $2.50/ serving, though, so I'm definitely going to check out the cookbook! Kim in AB PS> It is high in protein which I don't care much about, but it also has 5 grams of fibre per Tbsp- which I do care about. :-)
