Elchanan,

Yes, you do hand out an enormous amount of information, In exchange for

absolutely nothing.

What would you like in return?

I was under the impression that this group was about give and take. One posts,

another posts, etc, etc..I have responded to posts and posted...... I did not

know there had to be anything else given in exchange.

others, what you value.

Yes, honestly it does represent a shifting in gears on your part. I apologize

that you felt or " heard " a " tone " in my reply that sounded/felt awful to you.

I was just " asking " . And honestly, believe it or not, I was jesting in my post,

which I " thought " was evidenced when I said...........going to my room. I felt

like " my dad " had just scolded me, so I responded accordingly.

Btw..........You can't know my character because YOU DON'T KNOW ME. I would bet

that you would have a different interpretation of me if you did.

I am sorry to have offended you in any way, that was not my intent.

Respectfully,

Jeannie

[Raw Food] Self-Reliance as a Choice (WAS: Animals Foods + Grains and

arthritis ... why Pritikin failed)

Jeannie,

I've handed out an enormous amount of information. When people come and ask

about things I've written about very recently, and repeatedly, the I know

that the person either didn't read something (which is fine, of course) or

read but didn't absorb, or .... In any event, either I have to write it all

over again (not going to happen) or you can go find it and read it for

yourself (may or may not happen).

I only see the group site when I choose to see the group site ... just like

anyone. But what you are basically saying is, " I don't feel like going to

the library, you do it for me. " I assure you that you shall not achieve

health, financial well-being, or much of anything else going through life

this way.

I realize that this represents a shifting of gears on my part. But honestly,

the awful tone of your reply, below, after the absolutely massive amount of

material I've sent your way in exchange for absolutely nothing, says much

about the content of your character, your attitudes toward yourself and

others, what you value.

Self-reliance is a choice; so is dependency. If you wish to stand on your

own, then just begin. If you wish to create a " Done " list, then just begin.

If searching the archive seems daunting, then just start ... you'll get the

hang of it, it's designed for ordinary users, not for rocket scientists. If

you wish to be spoon-fed ... well ... I'll end before saying any more.

Best,

Elchanan

Elchanan,

Perhaps I just would like my question answered. Could that be a possibility?

If I have to go to the archive for my answers then there is no need to post,

since I'm sure all questions have been asked.

I have mentioned before, I don't read from the group site. I read each email

in my mail box. I don't see the archive.

going to my room.

Erica,

I had visited the link on The Rave diet. My question was, what is the

difference between the rave diet and say that of Alissa cohen?

However, I was admonished and told I can look up the information for myself. It

was an honest question, but Elchanan thought I was being obstinant and that I

had a smartA%^ & tone, which I didn't realize I did and/or I didn't mean it to

come out that way.

I appreciate you asking,

Jeannie
