Guest guest
Your terse, two-sentence private response suggested that my post was a request for help and that it crossed over the line of a general inquiry. Nope, it was not a request for help. I posted my lab results because I thought others might be interested in what my winter vs summer Vitamin D levels were and also my B12 level. The general inquiry to you was so that I could have a good measure of comparison for my own test results, and other could, too. So it would be nice if you replied publicly. But if you're shy about doing so, then please send the answers privately. Thanks. The questions again: Elchanan, have you ever had Vitamin D and B12 blood testing? If so, could you post the results, please? It'd be interesting to see where your levels are. If not, how about getting yourself tested? You'd be doing us all a great service if you would. As I recall, you reside on the west coast. How much sun exposure do you get every day? And is that consistent throughout the year?
