Hi

I just wanted to post that both coffee & tea have higher amounts of

potassium than teecino

tea-86 mg

cofffee 100

and of course all those beverages are roasted & so not raw.

I was thinking that if you wanted something warm-perhaps sun tea made

with white tea leaves or green rooibos

It's the same as tea. Most of us do hot herbal tea for the huge benefits they

bring. Not everything is " necessary " to get enzymes from. Enzymes are necessary

but they are not the be all and end all to health and nutrition.

oh I understand that I was just surprised that potassium has a higher

content in the coffee than the teecino.

I just really don't like tht stuff it is very popular though.

It's the same as tea...I had to laugh at that one because we go way

overboard on the tea..let me count-ok

39 boxes of tea

one bag of yerba mate and a can of carob powder

ya we like our tea...oh yes and I forgot 2 cans of teecino

we all enjoy them here!

Boy I am NOT a tea person. I guess I am untrue to my southern roots,

but I have never liked tea. Not even the very, very sweet and cold

southern style tea.

I am not wild about herbal teas either. Unless I am sick or just not

feeling well. I enjoy the herbal tea then.

However, I am really liking the teeccino. Doesn't taste like tea to

me. More like coffee. I have just ordered the Hazelnut flavor to

try.

At Thu, 26 Jul 2007 it looks like Belinda composed:

I think " historically " the brand Teeccino was for the coffee converts to

tea... I found it that way.

well my kids like it

I was trying to get off cofffee before and so I was told to try it.

I didn't like it

I was just saying that their are not really any health benefits to it

other than not consuming caffeine-so for me a decaf swiss process

organic was the way to go

but very expensive

We use some herbal teas to cut juices for the kids but its not a daily

habit

we mostly drink water

I know about medicinal teas have used them for years and have treated

myself with them

I'm glad you like it seems to be very popular its just that 65 mg. of

potassium kind of is misleading in that I thought it meant more thatn

coffee

And as for tea regular tea tea

I love it but I can't have it

I love Yorkshire Gold tea or Tippy Assam but I have to have cream &

sugar so that is out

My grandmother had that every morning and she lived to be 99

though..... :-)

It doesn't taste like tea, no. It's yummy! But it would fall more into that

category, healthwise, than coffee, due to it's contents, etc.
