Hi Vegwriter,

 

It appears that they are talking primarily about olive oil, which is

never a whole, raw food. Olive oil has been highly processed to the

point of losing every micro-nutrient until all that's left is fat.

That is all it is. Fat. Virgin, cold pressed fat is still fat.

 

Processed oils are not found in nature and the body does quite well

without them.

What about UDO oil with DHA from algae? It is supposed to have a lot

omega-3 which is good for high blood sugar and the heart. I would love

to know the views of the experts here on the commercial omega -3 oil.
