Guest guest
Nice link choice, Louise. Joe, nothing could be farther from the healthful truth than what you write, below. If one DOES choose to consume animal foods, then utterly fresh and entirely raw is the way to go. This shows up repeatedly among many so-called " primitive " societies, not just the Inuit. PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT advocate eating animal foods. I am merely commenting here that there is a " best " way to do so, for those interested. Personally, I advocate the conscious choice to kill nothing. It should be cooked if you eat it at all. Although, following the Eskimo discussion, perhaps someone with insight into eating raw fish and blubber could post here and share it! Would be interesting to hear about..but I don't think it is going to happen. So no, raw only refers to fruit and veggies...not meat lol!>> Joe _http://www.wewant2l <http://www.wewant2live.com/_> ive.com/_ (http://www.wewant2l <http://www.wewant2live.com/> ive.com/) Louise
