Hi Urhora,

First, I encourage you to remain in a place of curiosity ... what can I

learn in this conversation. You'll enjoy it all much, much more!!!

I've excerpted, below, two brief comments from your last post in this

thread. Comments:

1. I wrote what I wrote precisely because some people DO, in fact, believe

that these items are " good for us " .

2. These items do not, in fact, taste good at all ... IF you eat them ALONE,

as Nature provides them. It is the sweeteners and other additives, the

result of extensive processing, that people " enjoy " .

In fact, this is what the entire conversation has been about, is it not?

Best,

Elchanan

[Raw Food] Re: Holistic Approach (WAS: Chocolate, wine, coffee)

I am sure that anybody who has even a little understanding of

food would agree that Alcohol, Chocolate and Coffee are not

foods that anybody could nourish their bodies with.

These items though sure taste damn good and I enjoy it!

Not all of us. I drink my coffee black and as for

chocolate / cacao, the darker the better. And yes,

I have had raw nibs straight.

But did you love the taste of straight black coffee as a child, when

you first tried it (surely)?

How about alcohol?

And I accept that you may like the tastes - but that doesn't make

something healthy, does it?
