Guest guest
OK, well I don't know for sure but I suspect it is thinning. However, it started at 1 distinct time. 4 months in China. I was a BDM for a media company.... life was beyond stressful, I'm talking, living with your boss, him yelling at you everyday for everything, locking you out " accidentally " at night sometimes, sleeping on the street and showing up for work at 6am ready to go for 15 hours the next day... I was compensated well, however the lifestyle was unbearably hot and stressful. Suddenly I noticed lots of hair in my room and thought, where is all this hair coming from? I didn't notice that before... I came back to the states and my friend remarked " your forehead got bigger " I don't want to lose my hair. though it is thinner, compared to the impossibly thick mop I had before. (so thick the hairdressers buzzers would be audibly effected) It was a source of great pride. I have been using MSM shampoo. What other things can I be doing in the raw diet to encourage my friendly follicles to frolic more freely? Thanks Colby
Guest guest
Hello Colby, Stress is never a good thing, but who do I'm talking to. I go through a lot of stress in my raw food restaurant and experienced the same with the hair. When we are in stress we mostly don't eat right and certainly not very nutritious. What you probably are lacking of is vitamin A and zink; and lots of greens. Just start juicing carrots, or better blending in a blender to maintain the fiber. But add some tiny amount of coconut oil or olive oil. Vitamin A is better absorbed with a little fat. Buy some zink tablets and take one every other day for three weeks. Drink a least once a day a green smoothie, prepared with kale, spinach, celery, parsley (or any other greens) apple and a banana or mango. Drink three times a day 1 squeezed lemon mixed with water. Best regards, Ursula www.goodmoodfood.com It works for me. At least you can try it and see if there are any changes. rawfood , " colbyshawis " <colbyshawis wrote: > > OK, well I don't know for sure but I suspect it is thinning. > However, it started at 1 distinct time. 4 months in China. Guest guest
What other things can I be doing in > the raw diet to encourage my friendly follicles to frolic more freely? KOMBUCHA TEA. It's wonderful for it! :-) There is a for kombucha tea, just search for it. You can get starts through them easily. It's so tasty and it's raw, and fermented - which too few rawfoodists eat enough of (fermented foods).
