Guest guest
Is Stevia toxic to the body? I use a little every morning in a smoothie and it is probably processed. If I bought the unprocessed would it still be unhealthy? I have noticed that most raw recipes do not include Stevia and there must be a reason. Perhaps someone knows the answer? Have a Great Day! Guest guest
I was using stevia in the beginning of my transition to raw. However, after some time, I just forgot to use it as the flavors of natural foods started to appear. I find I need few enhancements if any to my food, anymore. For example, I blend a fruit or two for dressing over my salads without using any oils, vinegar, or sweetener. Janet rawfood , traciekatt <no_reply wrote: Thank you so much Neal! Guest guest
The reason Stevia, was not used in raw recipes (in favour of others say maple syrup) is that it was very expensive . Years agp I brought a small tube for $10.00 You can buy 100 time as much maple syrup for $10.00. When the price comes down we may see receipes using Stevia. Here is 2 artices you may want to read.
