Guest guest
Hi, I am new to this group. I started doing a lot of juicing, barleygrass, celery and other green juices such as kale, arugala and spinach. It has been about a week and a half. I have felt great but my skin has been a complete trainwreck with acne galore. I must be detoxing from the juicing. My diet is mainly raw vegetables, a small amount of berries, and I do eat a small amount of cooked meat and fish. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do? I am sure I should probably get a colonic but I can't really afford to and I am too afraid to do an enema. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Are there any specific juices that are good for acne? Thanks, Susanne

Acne = bad digestion. And juice fast. A gallon a day of fluids. It'll clear up. Erica
Guest guest
Thanks Erica. I don't think I can totally give up meat right now, but I can definitely cut way back and I will definitely drink more fluids. My friend cured her acne with flax oil, and she is not raw or even vegan. At all. I would not be afraid of enemas, though. Why would you be? They don't hurt. It's just not very glamorous. LOL! Colonics are more uncomfortable, and many have experienced skin improvements from them. Erica
