But, not your conclusions regarding the motivations

for presenting such " silly lists. " I do it not out

of ignorance, lack of regard, nor mindlessness. I

do it out of pragmatism. Sorry.

Thanks for your thoughts. I kind of excepted those who were in pain and

know that it's important at first, if ill, and understandable as well,

to work on that. It must be your prime focus. But many are content with

feeling good or looking younger. If they feel they " need " their raw

steak, then so be it, they are entitled to it. That is more what I'm

getting at. And there's a LOT of that in this movement. It's all about

feeling supreme for most. Many people who are NOT sick get into this,

too. At least that's the newer wave I'm noticing. ERica
