Erica, Erica, Erica, wherefore dost thou deny that for which thou hast not

borne witness? Hast thine sense of curiosity forsaken thee?

>>> Cut the fat, NOT the fruit, and the entire

This is one person's theory, though. Honestly, most people have so much

more than candida, or something different. In most labs and institutes

and even leading experts, actual doctors of pleomorphic science who

help people conquer candida, the above " conclusion " is utterly

ridiculous and disprovable by actual science. Peace, Erica

She's right. I got rid of Candida by eating tons of healty fat and

vegetables and protien and no fruit and no other sugar, and I know

tons of other people who have too. Fruit and sugar feed candida.

Healthy fat boosts the immune system. You can't get rid of Candida

if you are feeding it with fruit and sugars.

Hi Susanne,

You say you no longer have candida? I was wondering if you wouldn't

mind sharing your present diet. Thank you :)

Suzanne,

Do you still find that you need to be careful, lest the candida return?

I don't want to upset people because I am not 100% raw and I do eat

cooked meat, but here is what I eat:

upon awakening 1 1/2 oz. of wheatgrass juice

breakfast - green smoothie (raw kale or spinach, strawberries or

raspberries, stevia, gr. flaxseed, coconut oil)

lunch - large green leafy salad with chicken, olive oil and

applecider vinegar

dinner - cooked salmon or chicken, large green salad, sauteed greens

If I want to have something carby, sugary, or chocolatey, I use

ground almond meal, unsweetened raw cocoa, stevia and xylitol. These

baked good are cooked but I would like to make more raw stuff but I

am new and don't know how yet.

Hope this helps.

Elchanan,

I have severe food allergies to wheat, sugar, and dairy so I do have

to be careful to avoid these or I do not feel well, but I think it is

more because of the food allergies and not the Candida.
