Guest guest
Hi again Suzanne! I just wrote to you, then saw this post from you ... crossing in the mail. All of humanity is sensitive to wheat (and to many of the grass seeds, which we have been taught to perceive as " grains " that come in amber waves) ... and becomes addicted to the morphine-like compounds they contain. All of humanity is sensitive to refined sugar and to any sugar that is removed from Nature's package ... separated from the soluble fiber that is integral to its absorption and use. All of humanity is sensitive to dairy products ... and becomes addicted to the morphine-like compounds they contain. In other words, whereas I recognize that you may have studied and struggled long and hard to learn what you have learned, there is actually no news here at all SPECIFIC TO YOU. If you wish and feel willing to share, I would be happy to explore this candida diagnosis you were given. May I inquire, who sold you this diagnosis, and what led you to shop for it and to believe it? (I don't mean the person's name, I'm really asking what lens the person looked through ... dry cell analysis, this test, that theory or school of thought, etc.) Best, Elchanan _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of susanneca799 Wednesday, October 17, 2007 5:24 PM rawfood [Raw Food] Re: Candida: A Blood-FAT problem, not a blood-sugar problem Elchanan, I have severe food allergies to wheat, sugar, and dairy so I do have to be careful to avoid these or I do not feel well, but I think it is more because of the food allergies and not the Candida. Guest guest
I definitely had a severe case of candida 20 years ago after taking antibiotics for 2 years. I was treated and everything was fine. 3 years ago, I started eating a really bad diet - lots of sugar and wheat because I was around people who were eating that at work and it was always in my face. In May of this year, through keeping a food journal and having food allergy testing done, I found out I was allergic to wheat, dairy, eggs and sensitive to sugar. When I cut out all of these foods, my symptoms disappeared away within days. I suspected I had candida because this often causes food allergies and I had it in the past. I was tested via Candida Antibody blood testing and it revealed that I did have a recent infection but not a current one. I accepted that because the majority of my symptoms were gone. The only problems I have left are acne, minor sinus problems, and occassional insomnia. I have been following a low carb diet which has worked well for me, but I want to eat more of a raw food diet because I believe it will lead me to the next level of healing. Guest guest
I totally agree that sugar, wheat and dairy are completely unhealthy, and even if there was some kind of magical way for me to get rid of my allergies, I still wouldn't eat them. I think soy and gluten should be avoided like the plague as well. However, I know many, many people who are in perfect health and have no problems whatsoever with these foods. I actually sublet office space from a doctor that does food allergy testing, and the most common allergy she sees is dairy. Allergies to wheat, gluten, soy, sugar and eggs are not as common as people think. Susanne rawfood , " Elchanan " <Elchanan wrote: > > Hi again Suzanne!
