When I first got started into the Raw food world, I heard about green

smoothies

tried one or two but could never get into it UNTIL I went to a seminar given

by

Tonya Zavasta - and ever since her lecture which ended with a recipe and

demonstration for Green smoothie - I was hooked and never let up,

Also I would welcome any suggestions to make eating greens more

appealling, as I currently have no inclination to eat anywhere near the

amount you suggest. My natural tendency is just to eat fruit.

 

And are there any greens apart from lettuce that you recommend?

1) Green Smoothies (that way you break down the cellulose and actually

access the nutrition)

 

2) Energy Soup (similar)

 

3) Goddess Chips - they rule, but don't eat 2 lbs a day....

 

4. Salads, obviously
