Not that how I feel matters to you, it does make me feel better to let you know. I hope every one in this group checks out this new site to see the real you. Guest guest
What was that about? " it does make me feel better to let you know " That's pretty sick and sadistic. In all the stuff that's happened here, this is by far the most direct personal attack I have ever seen (myself) on here. I hope you're okay. Guest guest
Okay so, I went and read the posts on that site. Hope that was okay, to you women who are also here I can't say I really found anything offensive there at all, in the slightest. In fact, I found it wonderful to read, and I loved the perspective, and loving communication showed by all there. They have a point to making the group...I mean, it would be extremely easy to tell if a man started posting there. Could you imagine an all man group? It would be constant bickering and a constant fight for " top dog of philosophy and understanding of our " natural design " which the rest must fall in line to follow, or else get the boot " . Loved the site. You girls are so wonderful and sweet and precious...it tickles my heart. I won't go read there anymore though...it all yours Joe

Shame that men aren't welcome, I'd love to debate with them, but I'd be the advocate for harmony and gnosis (and not men or women). All I would say is that Mankind is stupid, actually stupified is a better and less contentious description. Men do it their way, women do it their way. But it is all done in ignorance. And please note I am NOT saying this shouldn't be, I am not saying it is wrong, just how it is as I see it of course. -- the kneeling fool

Guest guest
Can we just leave this crap off of Raw Food please? You could have just deleted her posts w/o making a public announcement about it. Also, when I have a problem with someone I email them personally. Maybe you could try that next time. Guest guest
I, again, agree. This is grade-schoolish, and truly reflects much worse on the posters than it does on the subject. rawfood , " Carla Rose " <rose.carla wrote: > > Can we just leave this crap off of Raw Food please? Guest guest
>>Toxic people are best avoided. We all want to cleanse right?! The toxicity you recognize in someone else is infact within you, otherwise you would not be able to recognize it as such. Cleansing the body is impossible unless you also do your inner work and also cleanse your psyche. Your body and mind are not two. When your mind is inflexible your body is also. Everyone that turns to raw food is looking for happiness. Ultimately to know who they truly are. We are one. We all originate from the one source. When we see evil in another, we need to look within and see what feelings arise. How does that comment make me feel? I wonder why I feel agitated about that person? Toxic people cannot be avoided. Toxicity is all around us. Change comes from within you-when you find your own inner peace you will only see peace around you.
Guest guest
-Janie, as Carla suggested email someone privately if you have to say something like this I hope that you made a mistake to make this public. This is by far the most sadistic, cruel & vicious attack I have seen on a list. It makes me sick. Guest guest
One more thing.... Maybe Erica is sad or insecure or angry. Most of us are in one way or another. Just makes me want to give her a hug if she is. Did you ever go inside and ask yourself if it really *does* make you feel better to let her know how angry you feel or would you feel better if you dealt with it internally and asked yourself a few questions about your own emotional reaction. > > You are a very sad, insecure, angry person. Hey Thanks! I am sad about which direction the raw foods movement is heading. I am insecure about my role in it as an educator, because I question whether I truly want to be a part of it anymore. I am angry at injustice and censorship. Always. I'm not sure why any of that would make anybody else " feel good " , but that is their perogative. and to the dear, sweet above poster - watch out, I'm full italian and we hug BIG. lol! Have a GREAT weekend :-) erica

Please note that you do not have to belong to any movement to continue to do what you do and offer advice suited to the receiver. Just look throughout all of history, whenever an activity or 'way' becomes institutionalised, the institution becomes the primary focus and subjugates all else to secondary importance. It is a corruption. Remember, some seeds fall on stony ground, some will never hear your words, but some do and they are appreciated. -- the kneeling fool

Whether it's animal rights (which I'm more comfy with, but take some issue with) or especially the raw foods movement or feminism, I don't to any anymore. I just can't. Especially the raw foods movement - it's been a long string of negativity. Erica

If you really are interested in finding out for yourself, try going to Byron Katie's site and doing a bit of her 'work'. Just download and follow the directions of her worksheet, " Judge your neighbour " . Guest guest
Thanks for putting it so beautifully KF. It's only when you've suffered enough in this life that you recognize that only you are to blame for your unhappiness. It's only then that you stop and say, I'm blaming x,y and z for this pain but it's only my thoughts about it that's making me sad. And I do love Byron Katie!
