I would use more apple and less greens at first while you get used to

the taste. erica

Yes, I put cut-up fruits all over my salads, instead of any dressing.

Hi Dee, Try eating just fruits for a week (pacify that sweet tooth ;o) ),

then start eating salads. After a few days of fruit, I find that lettuce

and cucumber start to taste really refreshing, and even mildly sweet

themselves. I don't go for the hard-to-chew greens, or the ones that get a

bitter taste after a couple of bites. I love cos lettuce! I've heard,

though haven't tried it myself, that you can even put fruit on a salad, so

that might work for you :o)
