Or, if the body is so depleted from over activity, it is also likely to tell of its woes by producing a night of sleeplessness. To avoid this problem, Hygienists strongly recommend a short map or rest during the day for relaxation and replenishment. Guest guest
Eat one food only. It's called mono eating. Then you don't have to worry about food combining. Shari
Guest guest
Hi Erinn… Erinn asked: What are the ill effects of wrong food combining or over-eating? What literature can you recommend for proper food combining? Incorrect food-combining leads to enervation, a waste of the body’s energy, to less than optimal availability of the nutrients in the food and to the creation of possible poisons within the body, such as alcohol. Additionally, it can lead to “gas” caused by either fermentation or carbohydrates or purification of proteins. A good start on food combining, as well as many other opics can be found here: HYPERLINK " http://www.rawfoodexplained.com/ " http://www.rawfoodexplained.com/ This is the guts of a course published by T.C. Fry in the 1980s called “Life System Health System”. Look in chapters 22 and 23 for very interesting information. And one of the definitive sources for Food Combining is H.M. Shelton’s book “Food Combining…made Easy” Have fun!
