Guest guest
I keep hearing that there's a high probability of contracting E.coli from raw beef. And if that's true, does that really outweight the benefits of it? My friend has been eating it for a year, but does that mean one cannot possibly encounter E.coli, and fall ill? I just started myself, and have been eating organic beef straight from a local farm. Help me out here =)
Guest guest
This is a group centered around the raw vegan diet. Based on the enormous and vast amount of evidence and resources surrounding the dangers of animal products, plus the overwhelming amount of healing testimonials based on the vegan diet alone, let alone raw vegan, there truly are no benefits of raw beef. Ecoli is just one of the range of negative risks involved with ingesting it. matwon <matwon wrote: I keep hearing that there's a high probability of contracting E.coli from raw beef.
