I especially appreciated today's health thought. I am battling a lump in my

breast and I HAVE NOT been exercising. Since discovering the rather large

mass, I have finally found incentive to use my rebounder and eat 100% raw.

So reading here about exercise being important to remove toxins was very

validating~ Thanks Bob!

Beth,

I have a close friend going through the same thing, she is not sure what she is

going to do yet. Are you going to the doctor to have it " checked " ?

She is scared but wants nothing to do with even going to the doctor. I would

probably do the same thing but she is getting a lot of grief from her family

about not going the conventional route.

Thanks and I think you are on the right path with rebounding and 100% raw.

That was a great article on breast cancer as well...I have decided to

give up the bra after reading it. I've been wearing my underwire for

years now and it's probably the culprit. Not sure what my husband

thinks about this...
