Guest guest Posted May 13, 2008 Report Share Posted May 13, 2008 I have a favorite 'cake' recipe. Ingredients are: Watermelon and Avocado. I cut 2 1 1/2 " slices of watermelon, lay it flat and cut off the rind. Then I use perhaps 2 good and ripe ripe avocados and whip them, in the food processor, beaters or by hand, and frost as a layer cake. Cut in wedges and serve. I love it.
