Guest guest
Hello, been a while since I posted here! Read this only if you're fine talking about bowel movements lol! Last year I did a fast, but had to break it after 5 days because of a sudden and urgent trip I had to make for work. I broke the fast with very " bad " cooked and processed food, and I think I had some laxative tea and strong fiber supplement too (Dr. Natura I think). Since then, my bowel movements haven't been good, in that what I eat does not come out looking very well digested. If I eat salad then it comes out VERY green, and it makes me think all the nutrients are not being digested/absorbed. Fruit gives me the poorest bowel movements, and even eating pure veggies (like broccoli, cauliflower etc...i.e. " hard " veggies) still doesn't give very solid or " brown " movements. Did the bacteria in my gut die off from breaking the fast with that tea and fiber and bad food? If so, what can I do to replenish it? Thanks!
