I used EFT successfully to get rid of some nasty cravings a few years ago that

wouldn't go away no matter how much raw food I ate or how many smoothies I

consumed.

 

If you didn't see this last year, make sure to watch it this year. It's online

and doesn't cost anything (unless you buy the DVD replays).

I find that many raw foodists tend to get almost obsessive about food. EFT is

really helpful for that too.

 

Would love to hear other people's experiences. My worst weakness was Caramel

Frappacinos from Starbucks. Now I find them disgusting. 2 minutes of EFT was

all it took. I also use it for things like backaches (from sitting too much at

the computer) and stress.
