Guest guest
I can't think of any better way to start off that by just jumping in. My name is Paul and I'm 21 years old. I'm obviously new to the group, and I'm also new to being vegan. Actually I don't think or feel that I am truly vegan yet. Yes, I am striving to better myself, but I have this attitude where I always think and want to do more. And just like my introduction I've also taken the same approach to get into veganism. As I said I haven't gone full blast all the way yet, but I'm close. The reason I say that is that I'm pretty sure there's something I don't know that I should probably cut out. That's a big reason for me being here is I need the support and information to help me get on my way. So far I'm really excited and have done a good deal coming from the point I was at and where I am now. The trouble has been the confusion I'm dealing with like deciding what's right and wrong for me, but also how and what to choose in terms of food and going about getting it, etc. Hopefully we'll all see each other around. Thanks for the time. Paul

Guest guest
Hi Paul Welcome to the list. It takes quite a long time to learn all the ins and outs of what is or isn't vegan and what is contained in which food etc. There are lots of knowledgeable and helpful people on the list so just ask if you are not sure of something.
