Hello, my name is Robert, I'm a vegan bodybuilder and new to this

list.

Quick notes about me....I became vegetarian in 1995 and vegan in 1996

due to the influence of my older sister who was organizing Animal

Rights Week at my high school. Two years later when I was a senior,

I organized the Animal Rights Week at Corvallis High

School....Corvallis as in Corvallis, Oregon. I grew up in Oregon and

currently live here, but will be moving to San Francisco soon.

Let's see....23 years old, lived in Utah, Arizona, England,

Caribbean, and soon California.

I am a bodybuilder, I got into bodybuilding back in the year 2000 and

since then have been in a number of magazines promoting vegan

bodybuilding and fitness.

I've got a website up at www.veganbodybuilder.com that is very

informative and covers vegan bodybuilding, fitness, training,

nutrition, motivational stories and quotes, photos, recipes, vegan

articles, links, and weekly tips and columns.

I encourange anyone who is interested in vegan fitness or

bodybuilding to check it out.

So that's me, just joined the list and wanted to say hi. I'll take a

moment to read some of the recent posts so I can catch up to speed.

Hey Robert. What part of Utah did you live in? Im from a small town in the south west corner called Hurricane (between Zion and St. George). Also, I lived in Eugene Oregon some years ago, and was verry good friends with a couple of guys from Corvallis. Chip and Todd. They would be a bit older than you, but they are most likely Ledgends in Corvallis. Do you know them? I havent seen or talked to them in years!!!! Good luck with your move to SF. I too will be moving there with my boyfriend in December.
