And, yess Fraggle, it is a bit hard to find good vegan food in Utah, but you have to know where to look. My sister and Mom live in Southern Utah (where I grew up) and they are both Vegan, and they survive. There are a couple of good health food stores. Recently I discoverd a Vegan Cafe in St. George. My sister tried it and said it has great food, and verry nice owners. Besides not being able to find much good vegan food, it is even harder to find like minded people. Especially in Southern Utah. Most of the people are pretty closed minded. BUT.... I did grow up there and I do love to visit. It is sooooooo beautiful. Zion is the best!!! UTAH VEGANS RULE!!!!! I visit every time I am back in Utah. I feel lucky to have had so much Zion in my life. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world (at least as much of the world that I have seen).
