Guest guest
Its best to assume that bread is not vegan unless shown otherwise. Many contain eggs and milk products. I get most of my bread from the Co-op and check the label. Also the animal free shopper has a list for UK vegans. It seems that white bread is less often suitable than brown bread. If you dont get bread in a packet, you can ask the baker. They will tell you the ingredients. If this is not possible you can call the company before going to the shop. In fact I have been eating a lot less bread lately, because I am replacing a lot of my light midday meals with fruit. -- In , " fraggle " <EBbrewpunx@c...> wrote: > most hot dog buns..over 99%... in this country are not vegan > Jo..dunno wot its llike over thar across the pond...\ > but here, most have whey, er eggs, er butter in em... > ya can find a few brands that don't tho.. > cheers > fraggle > > , " Heartwork " <Heartwork@o...> wrote: > > Why can't you get buns to eat them in?
