Cheese, and to a lesser extent, milk contains and breaks down

into a powerful addictive chemical called casomorphin.

Casomorphin is chemically similar to morphine! That's why

everyone has trouble with cheese. Give it a month. You'll find,

hopefully, that cheese will then start to feel heavy in your

stomach and cause upset stomach. And you'll be free of the

addicition.

Thanks for the info. My husband thought I was crazy when I said I was

addicted to cheese!
