Guest guest
Hi everyone! New to the board and wanted to introduce myself. I've been vegan for a few months now, and I've never felt better. But, like many others, I do encounter some challenges in the real world. So I thought I'd join this group for a little support. <waving> Hi!

Guest guest
I have been vegetarian for 32 years, and recently began a vegan diet. What are the challenges you face now? Are you Asian? I enjoy Chinese and Japanese vegan food, and study tai Chi Chuan. Do you have AOL Instant Messenger?Best, John Exclusive Video Premiere - Britney Spears
Guest guest
Hi! Ethnically, I am Asian, but was raised in the U.S. by caucasian parents... so there's not a lot of Asian culture in my life. I don't use AOL IM. Used to use it all the time but all that dinging kept interrupting my work. Thanks for the welcome! , John Mooter <johnnyzen2002> wrote: > > I have been vegetarian for 32 years, and recently began a vegan diet. What are the challenges you face now? Are you Asian? Guest guest
That sounds ideal to me - much the same as our diet, although I must admit to eating things that aren't good for me as well. Potato chips, pickles, Boca Burgers. And I hate to cook. Another reason I love processed foods. Just (maybe heat and) serve!
