Are you careful to make sure it is vegan? Are there any inexpensive vegan soaps? I bough alot of soap before I was vegan and just used it up, so now I have to figure out vegan soap. Also, I am going to be traveling, so should I bring my own soap? Seems a little excessive not to use those little hotel bathroom soaps, but hey, maybe not. One more thing... I am doing a kind of detox. Just eating lightly because I am tired of the rich olive oil foods I have been eating. Any suggestions on light vegan meals? Are there any inexpensive vegan soaps? I use whatever is on sale at one of the vegan stores... either veganstore.com, veganessentials.com, veganmercantile.com or differentdaisy.com. Whenever I'm about out, at least one of those stores is usually running a clearance and has cheap soap. If not, I'll just buy " Clearly Natural " which is the cheapest. For shampoo, right now I'm using BWC brand. But I've heard Paul Mitchell makes a vegan, cruelty-free shampoo, so I might switch even though it's a little more expensive. Saute a bunch of sliced mushrooms and onions til transluscent. Add to vegetable stock with a little salt, pepper and parsley. Cook about 15-20 minutes.
