Nutrition in regular brown rice versus instant brown rice

I know brown rice is nutritionally better than white rice, but is

there a difference between regular brown rice and instant brown

rice? I prefer the speed and taste of instant, but wondered if I am

sacrificing nutrients/fiber.

Do you mean Uncle Ben's brown rice? which brand in particular is " instant? " I

would like to know the answer to your question too!
