Guest guest Posted February 9, 2004 Report Share Posted February 9, 2004 heh there are almost 7 million in the Bay Area... well..all depends..you can move somehwere else a bit more accomidating...heck, i could never move from the SF area i don;t think, unless i went to europe...there is too much here... but..then again, there is something to be said fer gathering like folks around you! making yer own community..gathering like-minded people, and convincing others... more of an accomplishment in the dakotas then it is here certainly... cheers fraggle : Wow, 650,000 in your city? I agree with you about gathering like-minded people, ideally, I would LOVE to start up some kind of vegan group here, enlighten people, that kind of thing....but my town has a bison " processing " plant(ew ew ew), and every week there are job listings in the paper for people willing to de-bone, de-head, etc....sooooo, don't think my opinions would ever go far here lol. I think my favorite one that I have is from Peta, it's lime green and has a picture of little bunnies and in big black letters says " Real men are kind to animals " ...it rocks.
