Guest guest
The " revamped " versions of British shows usually suck. E.g. Men Behaving Badly and Coupling. I actually never watched Coupling, the reviews were so bad. P.S. I treated myself to a movie today and saw Dawn of the Dead. If you're into horror movies at all, you've got to see this flick - it's awesome. Guest guest
Hi Anna I've never seen a revamped version - but to be quite honest a lot of the originals weren't that good either. Last night on the telly the whole evening was devoted to choosing the best British sitcom. Going through all the old ones reminded me what a load of rubbish had been around. Only Fools and Horses won, but was not my choice. I think my favourite is The Vicar of Dibley. Blackadder came second, but I prefer that to Fools and Horses. I haven't watched proper horror films for years - I cannot take all the gore. I prefer the spooky ones now. Jo > The " revamped " versions of British shows usually suck. E.g. Guest guest
I've never seen or even heard of Fools and Horses - what's it about? I own the entire Blackadder series on DVD. I like The Vicar of Dibley, too. But I would have to say Absolutely Fabulous is my very favorite britcom. One of the reasons I loved Dawn of the Dead was because you actually cared about the characters, unlike most horror movies. But it was pretty gory.
