We are a rare breed in this town it seems. Could be all the 6.99 Prime Rib and T-Bone specials! I don't work in the casino industry and I stay away from the strip as much as I can. I also love hiking the outskirts and taking weekenders out to Utah on occasion. I actually live in the South West corner of town near Rainbow and Russel, but I love Whole Foods, so I travel up north. I hit the Wild Oats up in Henderson on occasion though Been living in Vegas long yourself? I'd love to hear more about you... I need a vegan friend here locally!! Didn't realize it has been so long. Haven't really met any other vegans here except at the raw food place, but I'm not so much into raw foods so I've only been there a few times. I guess this stuff isn't to relavent to the group, though, so feel free to e-mail me at gagrip5 @ I agree, it would be cool to find another vegan in Vegas.
