I learned some interesting things about the stuff...that I will go ahead and share because there are probably some health minded folks on this list. I recently purchased some of the stuff for skin infections...as a poultice it draws out infections...so it's great to have on hand for infections and other mishaps. And most of us know it's great as a facial and body mask. What I didn't know, and I learned on the package is that it can be also a great source of IRON (150% worth in one little serving mixed with water) AND it's great for internal cleansing as well. One last thing....if you feel poisened by anything, clay is a great thing to take, mixed with alot of water, as it will draw the poisens out of the body. Wouldn't you know? Surprised me!
