Guest guest
Hi All I usually use powdered lemongrass. The packet I have now is not powdered - like little twigs. How do I use this - do I have to cook it for a certain time. Jo

Guest guest
Jo, I do a lot of cooking (had to. to be a Vegan =o]] ) there are a few spices I use in different things cardamom pods, cloves, lemon grass, lime leaves, whole limes or lemons, where I just throw it in the mix and scoop it out later the flavour is worth the hassle all the best Craig Heartwork [Heartwork]Sunday, June 27, 2004 6:19 AM Subject: Re: Lemongrass Hi Craig Thanks for the advice. Guest guest
You can even play a game. The person who ends up with the lime leaf or whatever in their bowl has to clean up from dinner. Obviously, this means the cook/server doesn't end up cleaning. Works well if the others aren't too assute.
