Yeah, cashew cheese is the best one that i have tasted. You cant buy

it in the store so you have to make it. Blend one cup of cashews with

3-4 sticks of celery. A food processor works best.

Hi Jen

In the UK Redwoods have a new melting Cheezly (cheddar and mozarella), which is almost like melted cow's cheese.

Hi Jen

I have found it in Infinity Foods in Brighton and Food For Thought in Guildford. I usually get it direct from Redwoods when placing an order for a variety of items. It is a good delivery service - they have never let me down, but it does mean being at home all day. That said, they have always delivered before lunchtime - maybe I've just been lucky.

Try local health food places with fridges/freezers.

Good luck

Jo

I personally *love* Road's End Organics " Chresse " , try it out-- they have a

variety of

different chressey products.

www.chreese.com (you can even search for retail stores on their website)
