Guest guest
No clue. I recently had some flies (lovely, no?) and just had to be really vigilant about cleaning up everything they might be at all interested in, till they went away. Guest guest
I think the peppermint only works for ants. I sometimes have an essential oil burner going with lavender, peppermint and eucalyptus, and sometimes basil - that seems to work fairly well. Guest guest
And I'm guessing it smells pretty delicious, so even if it doesn't keep the beasts away, at least you get that! Guest guest
It can smell lovely - I use essential oils a lot, and incense. I have heard that keeping a pot of growing basil, well watered, on the windowsill keeps flies away. Jo .... Guest guest
I love that! I've been wanting to start up some herb growing, but just not doing it... That could just be the thing to push me right on over the edge! Thanks Jo! Gaije On Tue, 3 Aug 2004 2:06pm, Jo wrote: > It can smell lovely - I use essential oils a lot, and incense.
