Guest guest
Presently I have been taking two teaspoons of powdered milk a day in a cup of tea. I thought I was completely milk free, however felt a longing/relapse. I didn't want it to become a big relapse. Hence, decided to go for two teaspoons per day. Down the road, I plan to eliminate this also. I kept the little bit of honey just for some more time to be sure and then threw that out yesterday. By the way I keep Pet Gold Fish and am forced to feed the freeze dried food as this is their diet. This includes Freeze Dried Shrimp, bloodworms, mealworms etc.,in flakes and pellet form. Comments/suggestions welcome. Vijay
Guest guest
You could do a little research into the natural diet of goldfish, to find out if there are other options for feeding them... I have no idea if they are fish whoo must be carnivorous to thrive, but either way, you know, you're under no obligation to feed them the freeze dried flakes! Some give them live meal worms. Also they eat chick peas sometimes. But in general in nature they don't seem to eat veggies as much. Gold Fish has been reared for 1000s of years originating from the Chinese. Perhaps I can take a second loook at their diet. Vijay
