Savory Sauce rry this repost of my Savory Sauce for Alfredo Sauce

Many members use it. Trust me, it's delish!

Donna

 

 

" Savory Sauce "

 

1/2 lb. firm or extra firm tofu (not silken)

3/4 cup vegetable broth or water

1/4 cup canola oil

2 Tablspoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried

basil

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic minced

 

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor

and blend.

That's it!!! Enjoy! Donna

Many of us love it, you can top a baked potato or toss

with pasta, use as a salad dressing,it's endless.
