Guest guest Posted December 8, 2006 Report Share Posted December 8, 2006 None of the 3 flavors (choc, van, bscotch) of Jello brand Cook & Serve pudding I have in the pantry have gelatin; they use carrageenan & fumaric acid (?) as thickeners.
