Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Mandarin Orange Cake with Glaze Topping 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. soda 2 tsp. vanilla 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges GLAZE 1-1/2 c. brown sugar 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. milk Combine first 5 ingredients. Drain liquid from the oranges and add to other ingredients. Mix well; then add oranges; stir until oranges are broken up. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Poke holes in cake.
