Guest guest Posted December 13, 2006 Report Share Posted December 13, 2006 Banana Cookie Bars 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup margarine 1/2 tsp soda dash nutmeg 1/2 cup black walnuts 1 cup mashed bananas 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats Cream sugar and margarine together. Sift dry ingredients together and add oats. Add sugar mixture, alternately with bananas to the dry ingredients and mix well. Add black walnuts. So I ended up eating them not in something. I think that I will go buy some more and do this one..
