Guest guest
that lets mine our Tracy because our favourite way to make fruit salad is with dessert tofu (usually peach mango flavour) and whatever fruit we like (mango, pineapple, banana, papaya, apple, pink grapefruit, pear, grapes). In my stevia recipe book there was one for making a faux maple syrup with stevia and vegetable glycerine. If I can find the book maybe that would work for your sweetener. Tracy, one of my favorite fruit salads is at least three types of my favorite fruit; brown rice (or white); and a dressing made out of cashews and sweetner that are blended with water. You can add chopped nuts and/or coconut. Blueberries, bananas, and chopped apples are great made this way. Sometimes I season with orange juice concentrate, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla. Guest guest
Hi Brenda - I would love to have the recipe for the maple syrup made from vegetable glycerin and stevia. Also if it's a good book could you post the name of it and author. Thanks so much! Darlene
Guest guest
If only I could find it - sigh. I am in the midst of a major spring cleaning and things are a little out of place, can you believe it. Hopefully done within the week. BL

Use only the juice to dissolve pudding. Beat with mixer. Add fruits. Serve in small bowls and top with sliced bananas. Guest guest
This does sound like an interesting recipe, but for us folks who aren't very adept at cooking and food prep, it would be useful to know exactly how large a large can is, and also, what is the volume or net weight of the 'can'. Thanks! > FRUIT SALAD > > 1 lg. can chunk pineapple > 1 can apricots (sm. halves, unpeeled) > > Drain these and use the juice to make one large box of vanilla instant > pudding.
