Salt water gargles, with nothing to drink for at least 30 minutes afterwards,(so

it doesn't get rinsed off and can work) works amazingly well at healing a sore

throat. We use this at the first sign of sore throats here and only very rarely

have they lingered more than a day, using the salt water gargle. What a

blessings, because sore thoats are misearable.

I believe it's helping a great deal too.

Thanks for posting.

the layering till the container is half full, the top layer honey.

Keep it in the refrigerator for several hours. Add a few tablespoons

of the mixture to a cup of hot water for really nice tea, or just eat

it by itself if you're lazy like me. It's really great for a sore

throat and it tastes super. :)

About 2 Tb. in 1/2 c. of warm water. Stir to disolve the salt. I just leave it

by the sink all day in a cup and gargle everytime I pop into the bathroom during

the day or the night.
