Avocados aren't always in season, sometimes they take

days to ripen and I know 3 people that are highly

allergic to them so this is a good alternative and it

is low in calories and fat.

I planned on a large bowl of guacamole for a potluck

one year and every single avocado was bad when I

opened them, I was in a rush for a dip and found the

mock version, everyone loved it so it's a good sub.

I also made my friends with avocado allergy happy too

and the people on diets...LOL
