Guest guest
Do you think ground brown rice flour would work or flax seed flour? I grind flax seed and use in with my flour. Guest guest
Donna It would seem to me that using ground rice flour would not be the best thing to use. Doesn't it work best if it is cooked or baked? I have never tried it though. I use flax seeds in a lot of unbaked and baked recipes including salad dressings. Recently, I tried to make a vegan egg nog using tapioca flour but it tasted chalky. GB > Do you think ground brown rice flour would work or > flax seed flour?
