Becky paella pan

I'm not hearing very good reviews on those pans so I

will probably pass it up. I don't like to buy

something I won't be using and I don't have space to

store that large flat pan if it's going to sit around.

I'm sorry if i sound naive, but what is a Paella pan? Judy

I own 3 of them but then again, I am spanish....the best way to make

the clasic valencian dish paella and the best presentation for it.

The different sizes allow you to make it for different size groups.

also I double mine as pie pans, for savory pies in different sizes.

All thsi being said, i have also had good results cooking paella on

a shallow clay pot (cassola in catalan or cazuela in castillian).

heeheehee...my 10 yo dd has to do a project on another country (make a travel

brochure) & make a food/supply a recipe. She suggested Spain, I agreed &

suggested paella which would mean shopping for me! heeheeheehee
