Guest guest
I'm not hearing very good reviews on those pans so I will probably pass it up. I don't like to buy something I won't be using and I don't have space to store that large flat pan if it's going to sit around. Guest guest
I own 3 of them but then again, I am spanish....the best way to make the clasic valencian dish paella and the best presentation for it. The different sizes allow you to make it for different size groups. also I double mine as pie pans, for savory pies in different sizes. All thsi being said, i have also had good results cooking paella on a shallow clay pot (cassola in catalan or cazuela in castillian). , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > I'm not hearing very good reviews on those pans so I > will probably pass it up. Guest guest
heeheehee...my 10 yo dd has to do a project on another country (make a travel brochure) & make a food/supply a recipe. She suggested Spain, I agreed & suggested paella which would mean shopping for me! heeheeheehee cabrita_trl <roseta_lleo wrote: I own 3 of them but then again, I am spanish....the best way to make the clasic valencian dish paella and the best presentation for it.
