Guest guest
I couldn't live without my food processors, coffee press (now that I'm back on coffee), small chopper, zester, can opener (does that count?), blender, crockpot. I don't even know what an immersion blender is...do I need one? AmyF
Guest guest
I see so many small appliances in the cooking stores and I always fear buying new ones since I end up giving them away from lack of use. What are your favorite ones. So far I don't care for my blender, sandwich grill or cookie shooter. I couldn't ever part with my food processor or slow cooker. Guest guest
i can't be without my spice grinder (coffee grinder never used for coffee), I just had to replace my microwave - it claims to have a browning element - we'll see! i like my steamer, my immersion blender is well used, also. and of course, the food processor & slow cooker, lol. Oh, the kitchen aid mixer. with attachments. Guest guest
immersion blenders are the best for pureeing. also good if you don't want to dirty your food processor as often. http://images.google.com/images?q=immersion%20blender & rls=com.microsoft:* & ie=UTF\ -8 & oe=UTF-8 & startIndex= & startPage=1 & sa=N & tab=wi akfral wrote: I couldn't live without my food processors, coffee press (now that I'm back on coffee), small chopper, zester, can opener (does that count?), blender, crockpot. Guest guest
Ooooh I couldn't live without my blender! Especially in the summer. I make fruit sorbet in it all the time! I also love my food processor, and rice/veggie steamer. Umm, and unfortunately--- the fry-daddy. lol. I probably use the fry-daddy the most. Tonight I made (for dessert) banana's [sliced in quarters- once across, once longways] and rolled them in " spring roll " wraps, fried them, dusted with sugar, and dipped them in maple syrup. OMG! they were sooooo good. lol. Guest guest
I could not part with my immersion blender, food processor, slow cooker or electric kettle. When all 7 kids lived here, the super large electric griddle was used daily. I gave that sucker away after all the kids moved out.
