Guest guest
Anyone know something I can do with egg noodles? I have a big bag of them and the only things I know how to do with them are stroganoff type things that wouldn't taste right with veggies, and I don't like the fake meat products. Thanks in advance! ) Rachel ~ http://www.thelucastribe.com ~ KUSTOMIZED KIDS ~ http://www.cafepress.com/kustomizedkids Baby & Kids, Pregnancy, Natural Parenting, Wedding, & Personalized Clothing Designs

Guest guest
Toss cooked noodles in some butter with mixed nuts is always a favorite around here. I have also added them to cream of mushroom soup and peas. I have even made macaroni and cheese with egg noodles, melt some cheese with almond milk and add the noodles. Use the same ingredients as you would to make lasagna and used egg noodles instead, you won't be able to slice it like lasagna but it still tastes great. When we make mixed vegetables we add a few noodles(more vegetables than noodles) and it taste just fine. 4<mommytogavin wrote: > > Anyone know something I can do with egg noodles? Guest guest
I didn't even think of soups, you guys are so smart. I think its because DH doesn't' care for soup. I say there is nothing as good as a bowl of soup and some crusty bread. MMMM ) Rachel ~ http://www.thelucastribe.com ~ KUSTOMIZED KIDS ~ http://www.cafepress.com/kustomizedkids Baby & Kids, Pregnancy, Natural Parenting, Wedding, & Personalized Clothing Designs

Guest guest
I could eat it every night if DH liked it. How can you NOT like it?? And its usually cheap too. Hey I'm just thankful he is not complaining about the vegetarian stuff so I am keeping my mouth shut around him! LOL I feel fortunate that he eats what I cook without complaint even though he is a huge meat lover. ) Rachel ~ http://www.thelucastribe.com ~ KUSTOMIZED KIDS ~ http://www.cafepress.com/kustomizedkids Baby & Kids, Pregnancy, Natural Parenting, Wedding, & Personalized Clothing Designs - wwjd Wednesday, January 03, 2007 6:54 PM Re: Re: egg noodles? Guest guest
I am not a big soup fan, either. Does he (and/or you) like stir fry? Noodles will fry up (yep, back to the fry-daddy! lol) real tasty for a topping to asian dishes. Stir fry, or salad, or just snacking as is. Guest guest
Something my kids like for me to do with them is to take green bell peppers, some fresh red onion add this to the noodles while hot with some butter then sprinkle parmasian(SP?) cheese on it. I like to add mushrooms and some fresh or can diced tomatoes to it also.
